Return Policy
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• The hygiene liner must remain fully intact
• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, tanning products, fragrance, or stains
• Swimwear must be tried on over underwear
Returns that do not meet these standards will be sent back to the customer.
How to start a return:
Email help@ondaraswim.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will send you a return label and invoice for the return shipping via email.
Store credit
Once your return is received and approved, you will receive store credit via email. Store credit does not expire.
Damaged items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Orders are processed between 1-3 Business days. We recommend ordering 10 days ahead from when you're expecting to receive your order.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient.
