ONDARA Swim
We are a Brazil-inspired swimwear brand founded by three Brazilian sisters. Our designs are deeply influenced by the places and traditions we grew up with. Each collection draws from the unique character of our heritage, translating the essence of Brazil’s landscapes, culture, and energy into beautiful designs.
The name ONDARA comes from ONDA, meaning wave, and IARA, the mythical water nymph of Brazilian folklore. Her story is one of strength and mystery, a beauty that lingers beneath the surface. Our swimwear carries that spirit: feminine, powerful, and deeply connected to the natural world.
IPÊ
Inspired by Brazil's national flower. Every winter in Rio, the streets burst with yellow ipê blooms. A bright sign that warmer, longer days are on the horizon. A sight that last only weeks, but a feeling you can carry all year.
AÇAI
Inspired by Rio's sweetest summer habit. Sun-drenched skin and cold bowls shared beachside. Bold, juicy, and a little wild, just like a day in Ipanema.
RAIZ
Rooted in Rio's rhythm. From the sway of samba to the smooth chords of bossa nova, Rio's pulse moves in patterns, echoed in parades, music, and the streets themselves. A celebration you can carry long after Carnival fades.
Better for the Planet
Committed to sustainability from the ground up. From recycled packaging, fibers, and even earth-inspired prints. Because we think swimwear should help clean up our waters, not pollute them.
