What size should I buy?
Our swimwear runs a bit on the smaller side. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What size does the model wear?

Will you restock sold out sizes?
Some styles may be restocked depending on demand. Follow us on social media or sign up for emails to stay updated on restocks.
Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. Please contact us using the link below or at help@ondaraswim.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should do?
Please contact us as soon as possible using the link below or via email at help@ondaraswim.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, but we are working on it!
Returns
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and have the hygiene liner intact.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer refunds?
We currently offer store credit only for approved returns.

What fabric is ONDARA swimwear made of?
Our swimwear is made with REPREVE® recycled nylon, a performance fabric created from recycled materials.
Are the tops padded?
Our swimwear is designed without padding for a natural, comfortable fit.
How should I care for my swimwear?
Hand wash in cold water. Ensure swimsuits are completely dry before storage. Do not machine wash or use detergents.
